The finished product of the organic fertilizer dryer features fine particles. The dried product can be used as a culture medium for planting the edible fungus Agaricus bisporus, and can also be sold as feed for breeding tortoises, fish, snails and other animals.

Working Principle
The organic fertilizer dryer is a drying equipment composed of a heat source, feeding elevator, feeder, rotary drum, material crushing device, discharger, induced draft fan, dust collector, deodorizer, unloader and power distribution cabinet. After dewatered wet materials are fed into the drying equipment, they are turned over by the uniformly arranged lifters inside the drum, which makes the materials disperse evenly and fully contact with hot air, accelerating the heat and mass transfer during drying. In the drying process, driven by the inclined lifters and heat medium, the materials move to the star unloader at the other end of the drying equipment and are discharged as finished products.
The heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas and other types. After passing through the rotary drum dryer, the heat carrier usually needs to go through a cyclone dust collector to capture the materials carried in the gas. If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of the tail gas, the gas shall be discharged only after passing through a bag filter or wet dust collector and then a deodorizer.
