Working Principle

The system first crushes the materials to facilitate subsequent dewatering. After dewatering, the materials are dried, which reduces drying energy consumption. Meanwhile, harmful microorganisms in the materials are inactivated during the high-temperature drying process, eliminating the need for a separate sterilization process. This simplifies the material treatment process and saves energy required for independent sterilization. After drying and sterilization, the materials are made into pellet feed, which facilitates the packaging, storage, transportation and use of feed products. Additionally, during the treatment process, feed additives can be appropriately added according to material properties and the nutritional requirements of the feed to produce nutritionally balanced feed, contributing to the scientific feeding of livestock.
