Working Principle
The heat source of the kaolin dryer comes from a combustion device, and the dryer adopts a parallel flow heating method. Materials to be dried enter the cylinder through the feed box and feed chute, and are immediately pushed backward by the spiral lifting plates.

As the dryer is installed at an incline, the materials flow to the rear end under the combined action of gravity and rotation. Meanwhile, the lifting plates repeatedly lift the materials to the upper part of the cylinder and scatter them down continuously, forming a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder. This enables full heat exchange between the materials and the hot air flow in the cylinder. The repeated scattering of materials gradually evaporates the contained moisture, thus achieving the drying purpose.
