The soybean residue dryer is a set of continuous drying equipment specially designed and manufactured for the drying processing of soybean residue, a by-product generated after extracting soybean protein from soybean meal. The complete set of equipment consists of a coal-fired hot blast stove, feeding and discharging equipment, rotary drum dryer, high and low temperature pipelines, dust removal system, lifting and conveying system, finished product cooling system, finished product silo, electric control system, steel frame and other equipment and mechanisms.

Product Advantages
The soybean residue dryer is a continuous drying equipment specially developed for drying soybean residue (the by-product of soybean protein extraction from soybean meal), and is widely applied to high-moisture residue materials. It features a wide adaptability and can dry fresh soybean residue with a moisture content of about 75~80% to below 12% in one single pass. With a large processing capacity, a single set of equipment can handle 30 to 300 tons of fresh soybean residue per day.
Working Principle
The working principle of the soybean residue dryer is as follows: After dewatering, the wet soybean residue enters the dryer and is evenly turned over by the uniformly arranged lifting shovels inside the drum, which makes it disperse evenly and fully contact with hot air, accelerating the heat and mass transfer during drying. In the drying process, driven by the inclined lifting shovels and heat medium, the soybean residue moves to the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer and is discharged as the dried finished product.

The selection and design of the process parameters, technical parameters and structures of all equipment in the soybean residue dryer production line are based on careful analysis and research on soybean residue materials, and verified by actual soybean residue drying tests. In the scheme design, the characteristics of soybean residue such as high moisture content, high protein content and high stickiness are fully taken into account, and a series of original and unique technologies and processes are adopted to solve these problems, so as to ensure an excellent drying effect.
