Product Introduction
Sawdust Dryer is a device that continuously feeds wet powdery and granular sawdust into the drying pipe via a screw conveyor. During the conveying and dispersing by high-speed hot air flow, the moisture in the wet materials evaporates, yielding dried powdery or granular products. It is mainly composed of an air heater, feeder, pneumatic drying pipe, cyclone separator, fan and other components.

Working Principle
The sawdust dryer consists of a hot blast stove, feed inlet, rotating cylinder, filter cylinder, material conveying pipe, cooling cylinder and discharge outlet. Sawdust is fully dried in the rotating cylinder and thoroughly dispersed again before entering the material conveying pipe, accelerating moisture evaporation. Baffles block impurities in the sawdust to ensure the quality of sawdust entering the material conveying pipe. When wood shavings enter the dryer, the materials fluidize in a boiling state inside the cylinder, and hot air makes full contact with the materials to complete the drying process.
